Salesforce introduced new agentic artificial intelligence tools for financial advisers, according to a Thursday (June 18) press release provided to PYMNTS.
Agentic Advisor is built into the company’s Agentforce for Financial Services and is designed for advisers who spend the bulk of their day dealing with administrative tasks, per the release.
“Agentic Advisor is built to automate the tasks that eat up that time—meeting prep, real-time guidance, post-meeting follow-up and records updates—so advisers can focus on the relationships that actually drive their business,” the release said.
The new tools will begin rolling out this month and through the remainder of the year, according to the release.
First up is Meeting Concierge, which offers advisers context about their clients, captures conversation in real time, prepares drafts of summaries, assigns tasks and updates records for adviser approval, the release said.
This summer will also bring the scheduling tool Run My Day, an enhanced client details page, according to the release. Additional capabilities will roll out later this year.

The launch comes as many offices remain “anchored in spreadsheets, email chains and follow-ups,” even as chief financial officers depend on real-time insights and predictive analytics, PYMNTS reported last month.
When finance teams are chasing invoices and reconciling payments, they have less capacity to improve cash forecasting, strengthen customer relationships and partner across the enterprise, the report said.
Meanwhile, the PYMNTS Intelligence report “No Roadmap, No Problem: How Enterprises Are Reinventing the AI Workforce” found that most executives see AI as critical to future performance. Increasing output was their chief reason for adopting AI, mentioned by 34% of CFOs, while 24% focus on staying competitive, and 19% prioritize using data for better decision-making.
In other Salesforce news, the company this week announced a $3.6 billion deal to acquire AI customer service platform Fin. The acquisition is designed to give Salesforce access to Fin’s AI agent, which is designed to resolve complex customer queries across channels like live chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS and Slack.
“Fin brings proven agent technology, a deep commitment to customer success and an incredible AI team that will complement Agentforce with powerful service agent capabilities,” Salesforce Chair and CEO Marc Benioff said in a company announcement.
